What this site knows about you, in full. The short answer is nothing, and this page explains why that is a fact about how it is built rather than a promise.
Willitboard collects nothing about you. There is no account, no sign-up, no form, no advertising and no tracking of individuals. The site sets no cookies. The only thing we count is total visits, without cookies and without identifying anyone (see Analytics below). The measurements you type never leave your browser. The one exception is an email you choose to send us (see If you email us).
That is not a promise about our intentions. It is a description of how the site is built: it is a set of static files with no server behind them and no database anywhere. There is no place for your data to go, because there is nothing running that could receive it.
When you type your bag's length, width, height and weight, the comparison runs inside your own browser against a single file of operator limits that your browser downloaded along with the page. Nothing is sent back to us. Nothing is written to your device. When you close the tab, the numbers are gone.
The same is true of the language you pick and the units you switch between. We don't remember them, because we have nowhere to remember them.
One company receives your IP address when you open this site: Cloudflare, which hosts it. Like any web host, it has to receive your IP address in order to send you the page you asked for. That is a consequence of how any page reaches any browser, not a request for information about you. What Cloudflare does with it is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Nobody else is involved. The icons, the images and the operator data are all served from this site's own domain, and the text uses your device's own typeface, so no font is downloaded at all. Until 26 September 2026 the typefaces came from Google Fonts, which meant Google also received your IP address; that has stopped. The only thing your browser now requests outside this domain is Cloudflare's visit counter, from the same company that hosts the site (see Analytics).
This site sets none. The cookie page explains that in full, including how to check it yourself rather than take our word for it.
Since 1 October 2026 the site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is the kind of tool this page promised to choose: one that does not build profiles of individual people. According to Cloudflare, it uses no cookies and no browser local storage, and it does not "fingerprint" anyone by IP address or browser. What we see is totals: how many visits, which pages, from which country and which site people came from, and how long pages took to load. We cannot see who anyone is.
It works through a small file your browser requests from
static.cloudflareinsights.com, a Cloudflare domain. There is no Google
Analytics, no pixel, no heatmap and no session recording. Details are on
Cloudflare's Web Analytics page.
There are none today. If that changes, advertising will involve third parties who do set cookies and do collect data, and both this page and the disclosure page will be rewritten to say exactly who and what before anything runs.
If you write to hello@willitboard.com, your email address and your message are kept so we can answer you. That is the only thing they are used for. They are never added to a mailing list, sold or shared, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Mail to that address is forwarded by Cloudflare (Email Routing) to an inbox hosted by Google (Gmail). Both handle it under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare's and Google's.
Under the GDPR you have rights over personal data that a site holds about you: to see it, correct it, have it deleted, and object to how it is used. We hold no personal data about you unless you have emailed us, so for almost everyone there is nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. We are not saying this to avoid the obligation; we are saying it because the honest answer to "what do you have on me?" is "nothing". If you have emailed us, write to the same address to see or delete those emails.
The data that Cloudflare receives as described above is held by Cloudflare, under its own policy, which is linked in that section. If we ever begin holding personal data ourselves, this page changes first.
The site is not aimed at children and collects nothing from anyone, of any age, beyond the emails people choose to send.
Questions about this page, or about anything on the site, go to hello@willitboard.com.
When this page changes, the date at the bottom changes with it, and we will not quietly widen what we collect. The pattern on the rest of this site is that every claim carries the date somebody checked it; this page works the same way.
